Abstract
The work done during this thesis consisted in the establishment and evaluation of a methodology that aims to perform diagnostic assessment of ischemic stroke in the acute phase. First, an experimental protocol was defined to validate this methodology on healthy subjects. The data resulting from this protocol will fix the degree of detail of the modeling of this signal according to its general dynamics. With the aim of extracting quantitative parameters characterizing this signal, we will study different identification models, with the equations that compose them and the parameters they provide. As part of the validation of these methods in clinical routine, we will present the results of these different models in healthy subjects. We will end with the conclusions of our work and the perspectives of our project in the short and long term.
