Résumé
The aim of this work is to carry out a general optimisation process of static converters using analytical models and an adequate optimisation environment. In this way, a flyback structure in Power Factor Correction (PFC) mode is selected as a significant support of study because it contains the majority of aspects which interest the power converter designer (volume, losses, electromagnetic compatibility EMC, thermal performances...). This optimisation approach needs models which are able to carry out compromise between the results accuracy and the tool rapidness. So, both analytical models and dedicated tools are developed and integrated in an optimisation approach under constraints. The optimisation results show that the optimal solution depends on both the converter parameters and the imposed constraints. The experiment results validated this optimisation procedure.
