Résumé

A measurement of arsenic levels in the leaves and seeds of a panel of 300 japonica rice varieties was carried out in 2014 in Camargue, France. With the aim of testing genomic prediction, GBS genotyping (ApekI enzyme) of 228 of them was also done.
