Résumé
XPCS is expected to play a major role in the investigation of the glass transition and related phenomena at the atomic length-scale. Recently it was observed that the X-ray photons trigger structural rearrangements in oxide glasses well below the glass transition, inducing a spurious dynamics. We propose here to further elucidate the properties of this beam-induced dynamics, connecting it to the topological properties of the glassy network in order to use it as a fingerprint of the structure.
