The dataset contains Amplicon sequencing data targeting three Plasmodium falciparum polymorphic markers—cpmp, cpp, and ama1. These markers were analyzed to investigate the association between parasite clearance rate and the multiplicity of infection in Beninese children undergoing treatment for severe malaria.
