Résumé
This repository contains the full agronomic dataset used in the article:
“Identification of short cycle productive sweet potato varieties for food security in Côte d’Ivoire.”
The data were collected during two consecutive field seasons (2022 and 2023) at the CNRA Root and Tuber Crops Research Station in Bouaké, Côte d’Ivoire. Thirty-three sweet-potato accessions were evaluated under an alpha-lattice split-plot design with four harvest dates.
The dataset includes all raw measurements used for statistical analyses such as ANOVA, principal-component analysis (PCA), clustering, and precocity index calculations.
