The repository contains:
CODE: R script implementing all analyses, with extensive comments.
DATA: Raw datasets used in the study.
DATA_processed: Processed/derived datasets generated by the R script.
OUTPUT: Model outputs for all analyses.
figures/: Figures corresponding to those in the article and its supplementary material.
Together, these materials enable full reproduction of the analyses, numerical results, and figures reported in Bauman et al. (2025).
A README file provides instructions for navigating and using the repository.The R script outline maps each section of the code to the corresponding figures and supplementary figures in the publication. It therefore strongly facilitates the navigation through several thousand lines of commented code.
