This dataset contains candidate cis-elements for teff drought improvement based on the DS.01.10 dataset, integrated with the methylome data, haplotype-specific MOA footprints, and e.g., GWAS data to generate a list of candidate loci that will be used for selecting teff accessions bearing best combination of these candidates for genome editing/mutant studies in the WP2
