Astec-Pm6 Live embryonic development of Phallusia mammillata (Phlebobranch ascidian). Cell membranes were fluorescently labeled by microinjection of mRNA encoding PH-citrine into unfertilized egg. The embryo has been live imaged with a MuVi-SPIM for three hours, from the 44-cell stage (Tp 1, St. 7) up to the late gastrula (Tp 88, St. 13), at 18°C.Whole cells were segmented using the ASTEC pipeline.
