Genes involved in major metabolic pathways, symbiontâ host interactions, and protein secretion in MCR MAGs 1 and 2 in comparison with the Riftia, Tevnia, and Ridgeia symbiont metagenomes. Gene clusters were identified by ITEP and annotated with RAST. The last column indicates gene clusters only present in the MCR MAG bins (value =1). (XLSX 39Â kb)
