Fold-enrichment and G-test associated p-value are reported for our retained threshold (p-value cutoff of 10− 5 and at least two methods to define a region) and three alternative ones (p-value cutoff of 10− 4 and two methods; p-value cutoff of 10− 5; p-value cutoff of 10− 4).
