Résumé
This file contains the raw phenotypic data, with one value per individual tree, for canopy surface temperature -related traits measured in the orchard on the apple tree core-collection from airborne thermal imaging. The first column is the variety identifier “MUNQ”. It also contains the following columns: -Date: the date of measurements – X: X position (rank) of the tree in the orchard – Y: Y position (within the rank) of the tree in the orchard – Scenario: watering scenario of the tree (WW for well-watered, WD for water deficit) – Flight: drone flight number within each day of measurements (3 consecutive flights were necessary to cover the whole orchard) – Tair: average air temperature over the measurement period (°C) – Ts: canopy surface temperature (°C) within a 0.70m radius zone (buffer zone) delineated around the individual tree centre; the leaf multispectral signature was used to classify images and discard soil pixels , and mean of pixels values was calculated inside the buffer zone considering the tree vegetation pixels only – TSTA: difference between surface and air temperature (Ts – Tair in °C).
