Allelic frequencies matrix for 166 DNA pools of maize landraces at 23,412 SNPs originated from maize 50K illumina array (Ganal et al., 2011). Each DNA pool is obtained by mixing equal amount of leaves from 15 different plants for each landrace. Allelic frequency of allele B in DNA pools was obtained at each SNPs using fluorescent intensity signal ratio of allele B: FIR= Y /(X+Y) with X and Y fluorescent intensity signal of allele A and B, respectively. Allelic frequency is estimated using a two-step model calibrated on FIR from inbred lines and controlled pools from which allelic frequency were known described in Arca et al., (2020). Missing data has been imputed considering average allelic frequency of the locus for 166 DNA pools.
