Résumé
This file contains the description of the 241 varieties of an apple tree core-collection planted and phenotyped at Diascope INRAE experimental unit in Mauguio near Montpellier (South of France). It follows the assignment of MUNQ (Malus UNiQue genotype) codes to a large set of apple accessions genotyped with common SSR (microsatellite) markers as described in Denancé et al. 2020 (https://doi.org/10.15454/HKGMAS). It contains the following columns: - Accession_Number: Unique identifier of the accession in the collection - Accession_Name: Name of the accession as submitted from the original collection - MUNQ: Malus UNiQue genotype code assigned according to duplicate group (or singleton) - MUNQ_Preferred_Name: The preferred name attributed to the MUNQ - Country: Country of the organisation owning the accession - Institute_Acronym: Acronym of the organisation owning the accession. The Comment column indicates if an accession different from the one planted and phenotyped in Montpellier, but with the same MUNQ, was used for genotyping with the 480K Axiom© array.
