Résumé
The wooden support of Mona Lisa was studied for preventive conservation purpose. The method used for experimental data acquisition and panel monitoring, as well as preliminary results obtained by a mechanical model, will be discussed in relation to their applicability to the conservation of wooden objects from the cultural heritage.
