Résumé

Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Life Sciences & Biomedicine Science & Technology
An universal and reusable solid support exhibiting a hydroxyl function was prepared. Thanks to a first H-phosphonate diester linkage which was kept non-oxidized all along the elongation, 3'-hydroxyl oligonucleotides were released by a transesterification mechanism. The transesterification was performed within few minutes with either ethanolamine or K2CO3/methanol and the solid support was recycled by a simple washing and drying.
