Explicit analytical expressions are derived for steady-state three-dimensional heat distribution in the cavity of a thermal accelerometer, based on generalization of the well-known analytical approach previously proposed by Hardee for the case of two concentric spheres,. The influence of the inner heat source geometry deviation from the perfect spherical shape on the device parameters is studied.
