Résumé
Multimodal interfaces pose the challenge of dealing with the multiple interactive time-scales characterizing human behavior. To do this, innovative models and time-adaptive technologies are needed, operating at multiple time-scales and adopting a multi-layered approach. The first InternationalWorkshop on Multi-Scale Movement Technologies, hosted virtually during the 22nd ACM International Conference on Multimodal Interaction, is aimed at providing researchers from different areas with the opportunity to discuss this topic. This paper summarizes the activities of the workshop and the accepted papers.
