Résumé
Under the responsibility of CIRAD (French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development) and INRAE (National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment) in Guadeloupe, the tropical plant genetic resource centre of the West Indies hosts five collections of genetic resources of vegetatively propagated species (banana, yam, mango tree, pineapple, sugarcane) and the Guadeloupean herbarium. The Biological Resources Centre (BRC) is a partner in many agricultural research projects and participates in the development of agriculture in the Caribbean. All the collections are managed under quality assurance according to the ISO 9001-2015 standard.
