Résumé
Optically pure non proteinogenic alpha-amino acids are important as pharmaceuticals and as crop protection agents. Moreover they are synthetic precursors and are used as chiral units for synthesis of fine chemicals and for incorporation into modified biologically active peptides. We describe here the synthesis of enantiomerically pure non proteinogenic alpha-amino acids like 4-methylene glutamic acid derivatives[1] with are neuroactive compounds, azatyrosine with is known as an antibiotic and anti carcinogen [2], trichloro and tribromophenylalanine with are incorporated into biologically active peptides for tritiation and 7-azatryptophane with is a potential fluorescent probe [3].
