"Oral Presentation"
In this paper, we present a study of 2D carbon nanotubes thin films. Experimentally, we have established that the percolation process is the primary physical mechanism influencing the conductivity and the noise level in such films. Theoretically, we have developed a physical model based on carbon nanotubes physics. We use the Modified Nodal Analysis to describe the 2D films as an electrical network. This model provides DC and 1/f noise simulations comparable to our experimental results.
