Résumé
In Germany, from mid-March/April 2020 and during the lockdown, the self-proclaimed protest movement Querdenken emerged in opposition to the new health laws, questioning the democratic system. The subject of this communication aims to highlight the actions and staging of the militants of the protest group Coronarebellen, a faction affiliated with Querdenken. These self-named Coronarebellen articulate their political engagement through communication tools and strategic means, referring to the historical collective memory of the German resistance against Nazism. This historical legacy is symbolized by the political commitment of the anti-Nazi student resistance fighters, particularly the siblings Hans and Sophie Scholl, who were arrested while distributing leaflets at the University of Munich and executed by the Gestapo on February 22, 1943.
