Résumé
The network of plant genebanks maintained by the French academic institutes INRAE, Cirad and IRD, included in the French infrastructure of resources for research in agronomy (RARe, https://doi.org/10.15454/b4ec-tf49), aims at giving access to data portals allowing to share passport and characterisation data on its collections. The first step was to identify the main data bases and portals used by the network: the common genebank data management tool (OLGA, https://crb-plantes-olga.fr), the GnpIS information system holding caraterization data on these collections (https://urgi.versailles.inrae.fr/gnpis), the national catalog of the network's collections (Florilege, https://florilege.arcad-project.org/fr/crb) and the international data portal, FAIDARE (https://urgi.versailles.inrae.fr/faidare/) and to revise the flow of data between them. The second step was to use BrAPI for semi-automatic metadata transfer between genebank databases and the data portals. In this presentation, we will give an overview of the tools and data portals functionalities and complementarity, with a focus on the workflow and how BrAPI helped to set it up.
