Résumé
This work presents the development of an electrical model for a Love wave sensor designed for operation in liquid environments. The sensor behavior is modeled by means of the equivalent electrical circuit composed of passive elements. Then, the values of the model components were extracted using appropriate equations. This study focuses on the linear modeling of the device, aiming to identify a passive circuit configuration to facilitate the design of measurement systems, a novel approach applied to Love wave sensors. Therefore, the proposed model is expected to facilitate the development of high-precision measurement systems employing Love wave sensors in a wide range of applications in liquid media. (Abstract)
