Abstract

Engineering Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Instruments & Instrumentation Science & Technology Technology
In this paper, we present initially a demonstrator developed to detect pollutants in aquatic environments using screen-printed acoustic components. We then discuss the improvement on the waves emitted by the transducers when working on the PZT material or the system. Finally, we present the production and testing of components on the LTCC substrate. This technology facilitates the integration of the system.
