Europe Lasers Photonic crystals Waveguide lasers
We demonstrate a bound state in the continuum (BIC) polariton laser in a GaN-based photonic crystal waveguide. BIC-based polaritons and polariton condensation were observed at 70K, enabling prospects for low-threshold room-temperature polariton lasing.
