Abstract
This poster shows up the specific content in phenolic compounds [1, 4] of varioussalads regarding their medicinal properties. We have recently optimized theparameters with the use of HPTLC plates (Merck, réf. 16092) and CAMAGinstruments. [2, 3]. The use of high performance plates and of spray-applicationobtained with an automated sample applicator ATS3 gave use sharper bands and ahigher sensitivity. This method was very easy to setup and the results verycomprehensive. We might now use antioxidative tests directly on the plate to confirmand ensure the real activity and compare its level in our samples.[1] Fons F., Gargadennec A., Gueiffier A., Roussel J.L., Andary C., 1998.
