Fluorescent microscopy established itself as the method of choice for cellular biology. It provides opportunity to access live dynamic, cellular structures and mechanisms. Here we report the development in plants of the live imaging of transcription and novel fluorescent molecules to access dynamic of transcription and protein-protein interactions.
