Mastering the grinding process requires an in-depth understanding of how plant biomass properties and milling parameters influence the force transmission that drives comminution. Thisposter presents a toolbox developed at INRAE to quantify how cohesion and interactions between water and particles can impacts the particle size reduction of lignocellulosic biomasses.
