Abstract
For several years, our laboratory has been engaged in the enatioselective or diastereoselective synthesis of new compounds, primarily of nonproteic amino acids, in order to obtain pharmacological tools necessary to the study of central nervous system and more precisely of the glutamate receptors with are essential in cerebral activities (memory, learning...) and with can be involved in certain pathologies (ischemia, epilepsy, disease of Huntington and Alzheimer...) Specific anchoring of peptides neurotoxins on certain neurotransmitters receptors or membrane ionic channels, allow better understanding of the neuronal transmission process one the CNS and thus the design of new drugs and therapeutic or preventive treatments .
