Abstract
Is the tattoo artist a worker like any other? This contribution proposes to answer this question by considering, on the one hand, the qualification of the working relationship between the tattoo artist and the salon (I), on the other hand, the appropriation of the tattoo artist's work performance by the owner of the salon (II).
