Abstract
Live with it is a multilingual, multi-disciplinary show based on ethnographic interviews collected during the studies carried out as part of this project. It is the fruit of an encounter between a health anthropologist and an artist. In this text, we look back at the genealogy of this creation based on our shared experiences, describe its institutional framework and share the methods used to implement it. From a chronological perspective, we relate the various stages between methodological choices and the construction of the corpus of scientific data, to the ways in which artists reappropriate and reconstruct it for the stage. We also report here on our exchanges and reflections on the dynamics created by interdisciplinarity on a project (anthropology, theater and contemporary dance) and their consequences for the artistic creation process. Finally, some aspects of the experience of disseminating the performance to the public and through the media are discussed. Data from the formal and informal collection of emotions, perceptions, feelings and lessons learned, as well as questions raised by both artists and audiences, are recounted.
