Abstract
A review. This review outlines the applications of organocatalysis for the improvement of asym. multicomponent reactions. Addnl., applications of organocatalytic asym. multicomponent reactions in the total synthesis of both natural products and their analogs having notorious pharmaceutical and medicinal employment as well as biocidal activities has been discussed.
