Abstract
From a contract CIFRE research on a french institution: a regional conceal, I will ask: which are the specificities on a CIFRE contract. By crossing my experience with the literature I will answer my problematic by questioning CIFRE contract as a facilitating to open difficult field but also as subordination’s contract. At the same time I will answer this problematic, I will expound my method, my difficulties occur and the questions raise by the contract salary’s subordination and a budding researcher. Publish necessity for existing as a researcher in an academic world in a salary’s subordination will also be question. I will interrogate: CIFRE contract which gives me colleague status which permit to build a relationship base on trust with the agent on my field. Finally, I will give an answerer to my problematic and raise futher opening questions on result communication to the institution.
